Choose your exercises

The app comes with a set of default exercise categories. You can keep them, rename them, or replace them entirely. Aim for 6–10 exercises that cover your whole body — pushing, pulling, legs, and core.

Not sure what to pick? Browse our exercise library for ideas filtered by muscle group and equipment.

Tip: Start with exercises you already know how to do. The system works when you can do a set anywhere, any time — so favour moves that need no equipment.

Set your daily targets

For each exercise, set a target number of sets you want to complete per day. Beginners should start with 3–4 sets per exercise. You can always raise the bar once the habit is established.

The app also shows a total daily set count — the sum of all your individual targets. This becomes the goal your progress ring tracks.

Tip: It's better to set a modest target and hit it every day than to set an ambitious one and miss regularly. Consistency is the goal, not maximum volume.

Tap whenever you complete a set

This is the whole interaction. Do a set of push-ups — tap push-ups. Do a set of squats — tap squats. The counter goes up, your progress ring fills, your day is recorded.

There's no timer, no weight entry, no rep logging. One tap per set. That's it.

Tip: Spread your sets throughout the day rather than doing them all at once. Two minutes between meetings, a set while waiting for something — this is the core idea behind the micro-workout method.

Watch your consistency build

The calendar view shows every day you've hit your target — color-coded so you can see streaks, gaps, and patterns at a glance. Weekly and monthly averages show whether your volume is trending up or down.

The goal isn't a perfect record. It's an honest one. Missed a day? The calendar shows it, and you start again tomorrow.
